Grind the sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle until a fine powder forms.
Add the ground sesame seeds to a bowl along with the rice vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, granulated sugar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and mayo.
Mix the ingredients together with a whisk until everything has emulsified. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
