1 (20 oz.) can pineapple rings, drained and pat dry

Marinade
1 ½ cups Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce
How to make it
Add the chicken thighs and 1 cup of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce to a large bowl. Mix the chicken together with the sauce until they are well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat the grill over medium heat. Add the chicken to the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes. Flip the chicken every 5 minutes and baste with the remaining Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Remove the chicken from the grill once it is fully cooked through.
Add the pineapple rings to the grill. Cook until the pineapple rings develop grill marks, about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve the chicken with the grilled pineapple rings. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
