Hot Honey Pizza & Salad
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- leftover pizza
- ---For Side Salad:---
- 4 cups spring mix
- ⅓ cup red bell peppers, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- ½ cucumber, medium diced
- shaved parmesan
Sauce Mix
- ---For Hot Honey:---
- 1 ½ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Dressing
- ---For Hot Honey Vinaigrette:---
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hot Honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste

To make Lee Kum Kee hot honey:
Place honey, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil into a small pot. Put on a high heat and bring to a simmer. Once it starts to bubble, take it off of the heat and stir in the rice wine vinegar. Let cool before transferring to a mason jar for storage. -
To reheat pizza:
Preheat air fryer to 325° F for thin crust pizza or 350° for thick crust pizza. Place pizza in basket in a single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and top with Lee Kum Kee hot honey. -
To make Lee Kum Kee hot honey vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid. Shake until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. -
To make salad:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss with Lee Kum Kee hot honey vinaigrette. Top with more cheese if desired. -
