To make Lee Kum Kee hot honey:
Place honey, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil into a small pot. Put on a high heat and bring to a simmer. Once it starts to bubble, take it off of the heat and stir in the rice wine vinegar. Let cool before transferring to a mason jar for storage.
To reheat pizza:
Preheat air fryer to 325° F for thin crust pizza or 350° for thick crust pizza. Place pizza in basket in a single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and top with Lee Kum Kee hot honey.
To make Lee Kum Kee hot honey vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid. Shake until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
To make salad:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss with Lee Kum Kee hot honey vinaigrette. Top with more cheese if desired.
