Loaded fries are great any time of the day and are a versatile meal option. The same can be said for Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey as a finishing sauce. It's blend of sweet, spicy, and umami flavors makes it ideal to top on breakfast, lunch, or dinner dishes of all kinds! 

 

Here, the loaded fries and Chili Crisp Hot Honey mesh together in three delicious versions: Bacon Egg & Cheese for Breakfast, Spicy Chipotle Chicken for Lunch, and Short Rib Gravy (inspired by poutine) for dinner. Ingredients are portioned out to make 2-3 servings of each, and each recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook on its own, so each can be done in half an hour.

How to make it

  1. For each version of the recipe, start by cooking the frozen fries according to package instructions, either in an oven or an air fryer.

  2. For the Bacon Egg & Cheese Fries:

    1. Add butter to a small frying pan on medium heat. Once the butter is foamy and melted, add the eggs and scramble to your liking.
    2. Place fries on a serving plate or board, and top with eggs, crumbled pre-cooked bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
    3. Garnish with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey and chopped green onions.
  3. For the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Fries:

    1. Warm chicken through to your liking (ie. in a frying pan or microwave) until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Combine mayo with adobo sauce and a tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey. Stir the shredded chicken through this mix.
    3. Place fries on a board or serving plate and top with the chicken mixture. Garnish with more Chili Crisp Hot Honey and chopped cilantro.
  4. For the Short Rib Gravy Fries:

    1. Heat short rib (or pot roast) and gravy in separate small saucepans or pots. Internal temperature of each should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Place fries on a serving plate or board. Top with the short rib/pot roast, pour gravy on top, then scatter cheese curds on top.
    3. Garnish with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey and chopped parsley.
