How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl. Toss with the baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. During the last few minutes of cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, honey, and lemon juice until smooth and warmed through.
  4. Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey butter sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
