How to make it

  1. Prepare the stuffing and wrap. Marinate pork, water chestnuts, and Chinese mushrooms for 10 minutes. Boil cabbage until soft, then immerse in cold water and set aside.
  2. Divide stuffing into 8 equal portions. Wrap and enclose each portion in a cabbage leaf, then plate. Arrange carrot and lotus root slices in between each Chinese mushroom and minced pork cabbage roll.
  3. Steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat Seasoning Mix of Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean SauceLee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, and water. Stir well. 

  5. Drizzle warm Seasoning Mix over spicy cabbage rolls and serve.
