Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, add in the brussels sprouts, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the ingredients together until combined.
Spread the brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Then mix in the apples, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Roast for another 10 minutes until the brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
Remove the brussels sprouts from the oven and mix in the sesame seeds. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
