In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce and mix. Reserve half of the marinade and set aside. To the remaining marinade, add in chicken wings and toss. Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly oil basket. Add chicken wings in a single layer, slightly separated from each other, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your wings. Repeat with remaining wings.

While the chicken is cooking, add reserved marinade to a small pot and bring to a simmer on medium heat. Simmer until mixture has reduced and thick, about 8-10 minutes.
