Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Pat the turkey breasts dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper and place them onto the prepared pan.

Place the turkey breasts into the oven, then lower the oven temperature to 350˚F. Bake the turkey breasts for about 40 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, honey, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic with a whisk. Divide the sauce evenly between 2 separate bowls.

After the turkey breasts have cooked for 40 minutes, begin basting it with the sauce mixture every 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.

When the turkey is fully cooked through remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve with the additional bowl of sauce. Enjoy!
