Line a baking dish with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, and garlic powder. Place tilapia in the baking dish leaving one side available for the asparagus. Brush the sauce on both sides of the tilapia, then place the asparagus on one side of the baking and season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until the tilapia is flakey and asparagus has softened/browned.
Serve over a bed of rice, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds. May be served with limes and additional sauce if desired.
