Preheat the grill on medium high heat. In a small bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Brush the marinade onto both sides of the steak then place it onto the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and place it onto a cutting board to rest.
Add the cucumber, granulated sugar, rice wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt to a large bowl. Toss to combine and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, grated ginger, garlic, red chili pepper, green onion, and cilantro. Mix until well combined. Drain the liquid from the bowl of cucumbers. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss to combine. Sprinkle in the chopped peanuts.
Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the cucumber salad. Enjoy!
