Whisk the eggs, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of white pepper together in a bowl.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the eggs into the pan. Use a rubber spatula to push the eggs around the pan until they come together in soft curds. When the eggs come to a soft scramble, remove them from the pan.

Heat another pan over medium heat. Add the sliced spam to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown and crispy.

Combine the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, and water in a small bowl. Sprinkle the sugar over the spam. Toss the spam to evenly coat it on both sides. Then pour in the sauce mixture. Swirl the sauce around in the pan and cook the spam for about 2 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove the pan from heat.

Serve the spam with the eggs and white rice. Top with furikake and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
