Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Pat the chicken wings until dry and place into a bowl. Add the baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly coated, then spread evenly onto baking sheet.
Place tray on the top rack and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove wings from oven and place on a cooling rack.
Add the Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce to a bowl along with the chopped garlic. Toss the wings in the sauce, coating well. Place back onto the tray and back into the oven for another 10 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
Take out, plate and top with fresh chopped cilantro and a side of lime wedges.
