Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Season chicken with salt and pepper, pour beaten eggs over chicken and toss to combine, then dredge in panko, pressing to coat.

Place coated chicken onto the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden brown and crisp, for about 15-20 minutes.

Combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, honey, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and ginger in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken and gently toss to coat.
