How to make it

In a skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil and wait till it gets hot. Season the steak with salt and pepper then place down in the skillet to get a nice sear. Once flipped, brush on the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce on both sides. Cook to desired tenderness. For a medium steak 3-4 minutes on each side. Take off the heat and let it rest. 
Bring a small pot filled with water to a boil, add in broccoli for 2- 3 minutes then remove. 
Begin building bowls by dividing the rice, broccoli florets, and orange slices. Then slice the rested meat portioning out about 4 oz. for each bowl. 
Garish with roasted cashews and micro greens.
