How to make it
Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat your cast iron skillet over medium high heat.
Season steak with salt and pepper, sear the steak on each side for 2 minutes.
Brush the meat with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, add in the butter, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic.
Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 40-45 minutes until cooked to a nice medium.
Take out and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with some more melted butter and garnish with fresh herbs.
