Stir-fry chicken till golden brown and strain out the liquid.
In a heated pot, add oil to stir-fry ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and onions. Then add bamboo shoots and stir-fry the minced chicken until the sauce evaporates. Add in seasoning mix and stir-fry until it is evenly coated with sauce.
Add green onions and cilantro and stir-fry. Sprinkle with crushed deep-fried wonton wrappers.
