How to make it
In a medium heat saucepot, melt butter and stir in flour with a wooden spoon. Continue to stir for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Add chicken, vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in cream and parsley. Cook mixture until heated through.
