Preheat and grease the grill. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, panko, Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix then portion the mixture into 4 burger patties that are around the same size as your burger buns.
Place the burger patties onto the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side then flip the burger over and cook for 3-4 minutes. Place a slice of provolone onto each burger patty and cook for another minute until melted. Remove the burgers from the grill and set them aside.
Add the pineapple rings to the grill. Cook for 1 minute on each side until they develop grill marks. Place the buns onto the grill for about 1 minute until toasted.
Layer the green leaf lettuce onto the bottom buns. Place the burger on top. Then layer on the red onion and pineapple rings. Drizzle more Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce on top if desired. Enjoy!
