Make this Halloween Eyeball Pizza Recipe to be the talk of the party or scary movie night! Pepperoni, mozzarella, olives, and Honey Sriracha complete the look.

This recipe is all about having fun with your food and transforming pizza into Halloween art. To give the spooky pizza a spicy kick, there's Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce in the pizza sauce. To make the eyeballs, a base of melty mozzarella cheese serves as the eyeball, while the black olive serves as the pupil. A final drizzle of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce adds a sweet and spicy twist that completes the spooky pizza look!

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly flour a surface and stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together marinara sauce and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce until fully combined. Spread the spicy marinara evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch crust.

  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then evenly place pepperoni slices across the pizza.

  4. Cut mozzarella balls in half and place one half in the center of each pepperoni slice.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Let cool for 2 minutes, then top each mozzarella ball with a sliced black olive “pupil” to create the eyeball effect. Finish with a drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce before slicing and serving.
