How to make it

  1. Brush the watermelon slices with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce.
  2. Grill both sides for 3-5 minutes each until they have nice grill marks. 
  3. Place on a serving platter and top with crumbled goat cheese and fresh mint.
