Grilled Tiger Prawn Recipe With Lemon and Garlic

This grilled tiger prawn recipe is a tasty way to pack loads of flavor into a quick and simple prawn dish. 

 

All of the flavor comes from a complex butter made with Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and lemon. It's acidic, sweet, umami, and spicy all at once, making each bite balanced and popping with different taste sensations.

How to make it

  1. Preheat the grill until very hot (400-450˚ Fahrenheit).
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Add Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  3. In a large bowl, season the prawn with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
  4. Working quickly, place the prawns on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until opaque and lightly charred. Immediately remove the prawns to a serving plate.
  5. Drizzle with the lemon garlic sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges and crusty bread!
