Add the lamb chops and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce to a resealable plastic bag. Massage the lamb chops together with the sauce so that they are evenly coated. Place it in the fridge to marinate for about 4 hours.

Add the cilantro, parsley, mint, oregano, and garlic to a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are roughly chopped. Then mix in the red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Set the chimichurri aside for later.

Remove the lamb chops from the bag and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Add the lamb chops to the grill and cook for about 2-3- minutes on each side.

Allow the lamb chops to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with the chimichurri. Enjoy!
