In a large bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, coconut milk, and pineapple. Mix with a whisk until combined and the sugar has dissolved.

Add the chicken tenderloins to a reseal-able plastic bag then pour the marinade inside. Massage the chicken with the marinade for a few seconds to ensure that the chicken is evenly coated. Place the bag into the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Heat the grill over a medium heat. Remove the chicken tenderloins from the marinade and place them onto the grill. Cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked through. Remove them from the grill.

Add the pineapple rings to the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove them from the grill and serve with the grilled chicken. Enjoy!
