How to make it
In a bowl, place the pork chops along with 1 cup of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Red Curry Chili Lime Grilling & Dipping Sauce. Coat well, cover and let marinate for a few hours until ready to grill.
Take the pork chops out of the fridge and let come to room temp before grilling. Heat the grill to medium high heat.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Cook the pork chops for 15-20 minutes rotating often and flipping halfway. Brush more of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Red Curry Chili Lime Grilling & Dipping Sauce onto the pork chops while cooking.
When the pork chops are cooked through and have a nice crust, take off the grill and let stand for 5 minutes before eating.
Serve with chopped cilantro and watermelon radish slices.
