Grilled Artichokes with Lemon & Garlic

How to make it

  1. Boil water with ½ cup lemon juice.
  2. Cut the tops off the artichokes and trim any unwanted leaves. Place into the water and boil for 15 minutes then take out and let drain. 
  3. Heat the grill to medium-high heat. 
  4. Cut the boiled artichokes in half longways and brush them with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce, then place them face down on the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes. 
  5. Brushing on more sauce as you go and season with salt and pepper as desired. Remove from grill and serve immediately, with lemon slices (optional).
