Quarter the heirloom tomatoes and half the cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl, season with salt and toss.

In a separate bowl, add the extra virgin olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Dipping Soy Sauce, lemon zest, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and za’atar seasoning. Mix together well.

Break up some pita chips and toss into the bowl with the tomatoes.

Plate the tomatoes and pita chips, then top with crumbled feta and drizzle with the za'atar sauce mix.

Top with fresh basil leaves and serve right away.
