Marinate lobster meat 10 minutes. Heat oil and lightly fry lobster until cooked medium well. Remove from oil and set aside.
Boil broccoli until cooked through. Drain well. Add minced garlic to ½ Tbsp. hot oil and sizzle until fragrant. Add broccoli and lightly sauté. Arrange broccoli on a plate.
Fry salted egg yolks in 1 Tbsp. heated oil until begins to bubble. Add lobster and stir-fry until cooked through. Add Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and lightly sauté. Arrange over the broccoli and serve.
