Mix grated garlic with 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Then soak to soften goji berries in warm water (reserve the goji berries water for later use).
Boil water with 1 tsp. salt and cook linguine in boiling water.
Slowly sauté ginger slices with 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and pan-sear chicken breast. Deglaze with goji berries water and rice wine. Pour in linguine, then when the sauce thickens, add goji berries and garlic sesame oil. Sauté evenly, turn off heat and add a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
