How to make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
Add in chopped spinach, monterey jack, parmesan cheese, minced onion, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and stir together.
Transfer to a small greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
While cheese is melting, hollow out the sourdough bread loaf into a large bowl.
Take dip out of the oven and scoop into the bread loaf and serve with a side of carrots, celery sticks, and mini na’an (or pita).
