How to make it

  1. Pan-fry the eggs into thin egg sheets. Shred and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Saute ginger and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add ham, shrimps and stir-fry until done.
  4. Add cooked rice, shredded egg and seasonings.
  5. Stir well until heated through.
