How to make it

  1. Mix fish fillet with marinade and dust with corn starch.
  2. Pan-fry fish in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden yellow and done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and heat through.
  3. Sprinkle with red chili. Serve.
