Focaccia pizza is simple yet tasty to put together, and it gets even better with a drizzle of Chili Crisp Hot Honey. Sweet, spicy, and packed with umami, it's the ultimate drizzle for any focaccia or pizza combination you can think of!

How to make it

  1. Make the Dough (12–48 Hours Ahead): Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water, olive oil, and honey. Stir until fully combined. Cover and let rise at room temp 30 minutes, then fold the dough over itself 4–5 times. Cover and refrigerate 12–48 hours.
  2. Prepare the Pan: Bring dough to room temp for 30 minutes. Grease a 9×13-inch pan with olive oil. Place dough in pan, flip to coat, cover, and let rise until puffy, about 30–45 minutes.
  3. Dimple the Dough: Preheat oven to 425°F. Use oiled fingertips to press dimples all over the dough. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey Sauce and gently spread across the surface.
  4. Top the Pizza: Add half the mozzarella, then spread pizza sauce. Add pepperoni and remaining mozzarella.

  5. Bake and Serve: Bake 25–32 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Cool 10 minutes, then top with dollops of ricotta and drizzle with more Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Hot Honey before slicing and topping with fresh chopped basil.
