How to make it

  2. Lightly oil a small pan, and heat over low heat. 
  3. To the egg whites, add Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and mix well, then pour in pan and allow to slowly cook.
  4. In the pan, place halved cherry tomatoes into the shape of a flower and place egg yolk in the center of tomatoes.
  5. Place more tomatoes and carrot “flowers” around the pan to your liking. 
  6. Decorate with chives and parsley to complete your “flower” omelet. Remove from heat. Top with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Enjoy!
