  2. Soak the rice noodles in cold water for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil enough water in a pot to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are done soaking, drain them from the cold water and then submerge in boiling water for a few minutes, just until they are cooked but still firm, about 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water and transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and add in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and chopped onions. Sauté until tender and aromatic. Add in the ground pork and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until nicely browned.
  4. Add in the beef broth and diluted annatto powder. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down heat slightly and add in shrimp bouillon and simmer for 3 minutes. Mix in the diluted flour, then the fish sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and ground pepper. Simmer until the sauce becomes thick. Set aside.
  5. Transfer the noodles into a serving plate and then add the sauce. Arrange the topping ingredients over the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
