How to make it

Fry or boil the eggplant first, drain and set aside.
Heat a wok and add cooking oil, stir-fry ground pork until done. Add eggplant and 1/2 jar of Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce.
Tips: You can substitute eggplant with your favorite vegetables.
