Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water, then place in a bowl and set aside.
In a heated pan, add oil and stir fry the minced pork for about 3 minutes until browned. Add the Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Sichuan Style Dan Dan Noodles and the water and bring to a boil for. Once the minced pork is cooked through (about 2 minutes), pour the soup onto the noodles. Scatter with the chopped green onion and crushed peanuts and serve.
