Use a small knife to cut along the back of the chicken wings slightly. Be careful not to cut through the surface. Marinate with Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Cumin Chicken Wings for 30 minutes.
Put the chicken wings into the preheated oven with 356°F and bake for 30 minutes and serve.
Tips: Rinse the chicken wings under with running water to defrost can reduce the frozen odor.
