How to make it
Make the cuban sandwiches by slicing the hoagie rolls in half. Spread mayo and brown mustard on the inside.
Lay down the ham, roasted pork, pickles, then top with Swiss cheese. Put the top on and flatten a little bit.
Using a panini press, press the sandwich until the roll is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve with a bowl of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce. Garnish with a few more pickles.
Serve right away while warm.
