In a bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce and set aside.
Spiralize the cucumber into noodles and place into the bowl with the sauce mix and toss.
Serve in a bowl and top with crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro.
