Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken skin is golden brown and crispy. Flip the chicken thighs over and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, lime juice, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce. Whisk until combined then pour it over the chicken thighs. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!
