How to make it

Combine Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce (sauce mixture). Heat up in microwave.
Combine ingredients (chicken, cilantro, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce mixture) in a bowl. Mix well.
Form a small ball and flatten-about 1/2 inch thick.
Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with ginger plum sauce (Plum Sauce, vinegar, ginger, Sesame Oil).
