Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the marinade ingredients for 2 hours. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder evenly.
Sprinkle the marinated drumsticks with a bit of the powder mixture and mix well. Next, add the beaten eggs and mix well. Place the drumsticks into the powder mixture to coat them and pat until they are covered with the powder.
Deep-fry in hot oil at about 350°F until golden, crispy, and thoroughly cooked. Remove from the oil and let them drain.
Pair with Lee Kum Kee Thai Style Sweet Chili Sauce when eating.
