The combination of the rich pasta base and the umami-loaded Asian steak recipe makes for a meal packed with tons of flavor. It's all thanks to Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce that adds a deep, complex flavor to both the steak and the pasta sauce. A little bit goes a long way, but it's sure to make your pasta dinner one to remember!

How to make it

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. The Asian steak recipe is incredibly simple: Rub the steak in one tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and let marinate while the pasta cooks. Then, sear over medium-high heat in a pan with the olive oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side based on desired doneness. Let rest. 
  3. While the steak rests, make the sauce by melting butter in the same pan. Add shallots and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Combine rigatoni and sauce by tossing the cooked pasta in the creamy oyster sauce mixture.

  5. Top with sliced steak, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
