Marinate chicken with Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.

In a heated pan with oil, cook shallot until brown.

Add minced chicken and cook until 3/4 done.

Stir in Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce, red bell pepper, frozen peas, chickpeas, sugar, and cilantro.

Cook mixture until almost dry.

Stir in heavy cream and season with black pepper. Serve with steamed rice or pasta.
