Add the cream cheese and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce to a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.

Place a wonton wrapper in the center of the cutting board. Dollop a half tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper. Then place a piece of imitation crab meat on top.

Dip a pastry brush into the beaten egg. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the egg. Take two opposite corners of the wrapper and pinch them together at the top. Then take the remaining two corners and pinch them together at the top.

Repeat steps 2-3 to make the remaining rangoons.

Heat a pot filled with about 4 inches of oil to 350˚F.

Working in batches, add the rangoons to the oil and fry them for about 1-2 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove the rangoons from the oil and place them on a baking tray lined with paper towels. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with additional Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce. Enjoy!
