Cook noodles according to the package and set aside when done.
In a blender, combine water, peanut butter, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame seeds, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, ginger and garlic. Process until smooth.
Place noodles in a large bowl and pour the peanut sauce over. Gently toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Toss prior to serving and garnish with green onions.
