How to make it
In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, white vinegar, coconut milk, honey, and water.
Season the drumsticks with the black pepper.
Heat a pan over high heat. Add in the olive oil and then the drumsticks. Sear the drumsticks on all sides. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the sauce mixture along with the dried bay leaves. Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove and discard the dried bay leaves. Serve the chicken with rice and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
