Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and place them onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain. When the bacon has cooled, roughly chop them into little bits, set aside for later.

Add the celery and onion into the same pan with the bacon grease. Sauté until the vegetables are tender. Then add in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add in the potatoes, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, water, clam juice, chicken bouillon granules, white pepper, and thyme. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour and 1 cup of the Half & Half. Slowly pour this mixture into the soup while stirring. Bring the soup to a boil and cook until it has thickened.

Mix in the remaining Half & Half and chopped clams. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with the chopped bacon and parsley. Enjoy!
