In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce, then set aside.
Place one cube of tofu, red bell pepper, red onion, and orange wedges.
Heat a grill on medium high heat. Before placing the skewer on the grill brush all sides with the citrus sauce mixture. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until it has a nice char.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley leaves.
